Legal Support Roles – Paralegal & Legal Secretary
Sydney, Australia-based clients require skilled professionals to provide comprehensive legal support in various practice areas.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Paralegal or Legal Secretary role, strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
About the Roles:
* Provide legal support in Real Estate, Conveyancing, Debt Recovery, Worker's Compensation, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and Banking & Finance practice areas.
* Prepare legal documents, conduct research, and assist in case preparation.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
* Collaborate with legal teams to maintain compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and conducting research.
2. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries.
3. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
4. Prepare and distribute documents, including letters, reports, and court filings.
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
