About the Role
We are seeking a warm, knowledgeable and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. You will work alongside passionate early childhood professionals to create an engaging, inclusive, and respectful environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement meaningful programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and our centre’s philosophy
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Support and mentor team members, promoting collaborative learning
* Contribute to a culturally safe and environmentally conscious learning environment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
What You’ll Bring
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards
* A genuine passion for early learning, nature play and community connection
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and contemporary early childhood practices
* A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth
* A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Pay: $38.08 – $39.24 per hour
