Our client, a fast-paced creative agency working with major sports, entertainment and retail brands, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a one-week onsite placement from 1–5 December.
This client is based in the inner South East suburbs of Melbourne.
This role requires an experienced designer who can quickly integrate into a busy studio environment and support a range of digital and print deliverables.
About the Role
You will be working across a variety of clients producing high-quality digital and print assets. The role leans heavily towards digital and social content (around 70/30), with a strong emphasis on designing Instagram assets, carousels, reels and campaign visuals. The ability to interpret creative direction and deliver polished, on-brand work at pace is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing engaging social-led digital assets across sports, entertainment and retail clients.
* Producing high-quality digital and print materials across multiple concurrent projects.
* Supporting campaign rollouts and adapting assets for various channels and formats.
* Collaborating closely with internal creative leads while working onsite for seamless workflow.
* Managing fast-paced briefs confidently while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
* (Bonus) Contributing light motion support if you have basic After Effects skills.
Key Criteria
1. Senior-level Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital and social content design.
2. Agency background, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both digital and print design, with the flexibility to shift between mediums.
4. Experience with sports, entertainment or retail brands, ideally across campaign rollouts.
5. Strong collaborator, able to take direction, integrate quickly and work closely with the internal team.

1–5 December, with potential for the engagement to extend depending on project requirements.
