About the role
TP-Link Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to support the growth of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. The ideal candidate understands end-to-end eCommerce operations and has hands-on experience managing self-operated online stores, especially on Shopify. This role requires both operational capability and technical proficiency to optimise site performance, user experience, and conversion.
What you'll be doing
Manage day-to-day operations of our self-operated eCommerce store, ensuring smooth product launches, promotions, and on-site updates.
Maintain and optimise the front-end user experience, including navigation, merchandising, banners, product pages, and landing pages.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Logistics) to execute campaigns, update content, and drive sales.
Monitor site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, AOV, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build promotional pages, bundles, mega-menus, and feature-based shop sections.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify apps, theme conflicts, or checkout flow.
Support integration of third-party tools, analytics, tracking pixels, and automation workflows.
Ensure consistent brand presentation and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating a self-run eCommerce website, preferably Shopify.
Strong understanding of eCommerce business logic, including traffic, conversion, merchandising, promotions, and customer lifecycle.
Experience with Shopify apps, page builders, and theme customisation.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse reports and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in DTC growth, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), or digital merchandising.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, Hotjar, etc.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and on-site optimisation best practices.
