About the Role
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to lead and grow our Cairns team. This is a clinical leadership role combining a reduced caseload with supervision, mentoring and service development.
You’ll work closely with our Allied Health leadership group to ensure clinical quality, support team development and contribute to the continued growth of our OT service in the region.
Whether your background is paediatrics, adults or mixed caseloads, we’ll shape the role to align with your strengths and leadership style.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a reduced clinical caseload
* Providing supervision and mentoring to Occupational Therapists
* Supporting clinical quality and documentation standards
* Leading MDT collaboration and peer learning initiatives
* Contributing to service development and continuous improvement
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team growth
What You’ll Bring
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Demonstrated clinical experience (leadership experience desirable)
* Confidence providing supervision and feedback
* Driver’s licence, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* A team-first mindset and commitment to person-centred care
