Contract Administrator – Commercial Projects (Up to $10M)
Liverpool Location | Long-standing Commercial Builder | Family-Run Team
A well-established, privately owned commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their close-knit team. Operating since the s, they deliver a mix of commercial, hospitality, and industrial-lite projects for long-term repeat clients.
This is a stable, family-run environment where you work directly with the directors, have clear visibility across projects, and enjoy a trusted, low-ego team culture.
The Role
* Progress claims, variations, cost reporting and forecasting
* Document control, RFI management and programme support
* Working closely with the site team to maintain quality, compliance and delivery timelines
Office-based in Liverpool, with regular site interaction as required.
What We're Looking For
* 4–6 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
* Strong background in commercial construction (hospitality, clubs, industrial, refurb or fit-out)
* Must be from a head contractor background
* Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, financial control and project documentation
* Ability to work hands‑on within a lean delivery team
* Reliable, low‑ego, steady communicator who values stability and long-term growth
