We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Production Manager
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee workshop operations and manage the fabrication of aluminium window and door systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing daily workshop production and fabrication workflow
* Supervising fabrication teams and production schedules
* Ensuring quality control and compliance with AWS system requirements
* Coordinating with project managers and installation teams
* Working with ESP software for production scheduling and workflow
* Driving efficiency, productivity and safety within the workshop
Site Supervisor
The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities and ensure installations run smoothly across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervising on-site works and installation teams
* Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
* Ensuring safety standards and site compliance
* Monitoring project progress and reporting to management
* Maintaining relationships with builders and contractors
* Overseeing installation of Architectural Window Systems (AWS) products
* Coordinating site works with builders and project managers
* Ensuring installations are completed to specification and quality standards
Aluminium Fabricator
We are seeking skilled Aluminium Fabricators to join our production team manufacturing high-performance window and door systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Fabrication and assembly of aluminium window and door systems (AWS)
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Operating fabrication machinery and tools
* Maintaining quality standards and accuracy
Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee projects from handover through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and strong client communication.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Coordinating schedules, materials and labour
* Liaising with builders, clients and installation teams
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in aluminium window and door systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations
* Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications
* Using V-Quote software to prepare quotations
* Pricing Architectural Window Systems (AWS) products
* Supporting project handover to operations teams
* Working with ESP software for production scheduling and workflow
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in aluminium windows and doors.
A trade qualification or relevant workplace experience is required for these positions.
Proficiency in specific industry software is essential for estimating and production roles.
