Job Description
As an experienced IT Support Officer, your primary role will be to deliver both onsite and remote assistance, ensuring staff can work efficiently and seamlessly. You will be responsible for providing up-to-date hardware, software, and connectivity solutions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and assisting in the upkeep of our firm's intranet and IT asset register.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a professional services environment
* Relevant industry certifications or a sound understanding of Windows desktop
* Experience with client PC connectivity, including patching, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN
* Strong skills in managing and supporting systems such as iManage, Microsoft 365, and AV technologies
* Proficiency in setting up and maintaining hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach
