The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of the team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the store's overall success.
* Support the team in achieving sales targets.
* Handle transactions according to company policies.
* Maintain a presentable, clean, and tidy store environment.
* Display products following Swatch guidelines.
* Assist with daily and monthly stocktakes and stock management.
* Stay updated on new products, promotions, and participate in training.
* Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs.
* Ensure the highest level of customer service.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in retail sales.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
* Organized and efficient with time management.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
