We are now seeking a dedicated Fleet & Rank Watch Support Officer to support our Fleet Relations team and help deliver high-quality taxi rank supervision across key locations.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our Taxi Rank Supervision Program. You will support daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements, and work closely with rank marshals, drivers, and security partners to maintain smooth and safe taxi rank activity.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement by contributing directly to safer ranks and better outcomes for our drivers and customers.
In this role, you will:
* Support the management and delivery of the Rank Watch Program, including rosters, onboarding, performance reviews, and program growth.
* Coordinate daily operations of taxi rank supervision to ensure reliable and compliant service delivery.
* Maintain effective communication with security partners and rank marshals.
* Gather and analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Liaise with government and transport authorities to meet regulatory and contractual obligations.
* Manage feedback from drivers and customers to improve quality and safety.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Relations Team as needed.
* Contribute to developing strategies that strengthen operational excellence and stakeholder relationships.
