This is a leadership position that requires strong interpersonal and consultation skills to lead and manage staff by fostering contemporary human resource policies, procedures, and guidelines.

* Develop and implement strategies to support the supervision and training needs of peer workers who report to this position.

* Liaise with stakeholders regarding mental health activities, consumer and carer groups, and participate in the development of collaborative partnerships with service providers to ensure quality services.

The successful candidate will have a personal lived experience of mental health and/or substance use issues, or a personal lived experience of caring for a person with mental health and/or substance use issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a diverse Lived Experience team.

* Provide professional leadership across the wider lived experience workforce while supporting the integration of lived experience roles across adult Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug, inpatient, community, youth services, and older person's services.
