Job Description
Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease products to healthcare professionals and allied personnel involved in the specified disease area(s).
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease products to healthcare professionals and allied personnel.
* Engage and develop business relationships with healthcare professionals and allied personnel to inform, educate, and support the appropriate clinical utilisation of Norgine TGA-approved therapy(s).
* Implement sales / marketing strategies and integrated program / tactics to achieve short-term and long-term commercial objectives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or business is required. 5+ years of pharmaceutical key account management / sales experience within a specialty care business unit is also necessary.
Experience in oncology, rare, and/or orphan therapeutic disease area(s) is a must. Additionally, effective and persuasive communication skills, strong presentation skills, and tertiary key account management skills are essential.
Skills:
Strong commercial acumen, B2B experience, and IT proficiency in business-related packages such as MS Office 365, Veeva, and Salesforce are required. A valid/unrestricted Australian driver's licence and completed Medicines Australia CEP program are also necessary.
