How Will You Contribute?

In this role you will use your planning skills to contribute to the development, monitoring and ongoing implementation of the ANACC assessment process across all of our sites.You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and be part of introducing best practice strategic aged care reform initiatives which support the Commonwealth reforms and system change.You will also have an opportunity to share your expertise through providing support and training to clinicians across our centres in a collaborative and supportive environment.

* Your will have the ability to successfully communicate with all your key stakeholders, whilst always focussed on meeting the needs of consumers and their families
* You will be a systems thinker who is looking forward and from above
* You will be a problem solver and use your analytical skills when detail is needed
* You would have formed a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly supporting Aboriginal consumers, their family and kin

What Else Do You Need to Know?

Working in this environment, it is important that we only have people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards.To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake.Once again, these are detailed on the Role Description, and do vary depending on what is required in the role.
