Electrical Switchboard Operations Assistant
This role involves supporting the construction of high-quality electrical switchboards. As an Electrical Switchboard Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliation, budget management, and providing financial reports.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
* Bank reconciliation
* Budget management
* Participate in weekly meetings across business units
* Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Developing and controlling company documentation
* Providing administrative support to senior team members
* Supporting payroll functions
* Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as required
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
