Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the key duties of this role include:
- Lead a team of accountants through change management
- Build a strong Shared Services function and environment within the organisation
- Responsible for accurate financial reporting, process improvement, management of audits and intercompany accounts
- Enhancement of the company's cash flow management
- Developing a high-performing team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background working within/leading a Shared Services function.
Key traits will also include:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant commercial/leadership exposure
- Ability to lead teams and meet competing deadlines
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
