Head of Financial Intermediaries

Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth Asia-Pacific investment manager specialising in US private assets and alternative investments.
The firm services ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices and private wealth professionals across Australia and Asia, providing access to high-quality private market opportunities through a selective due diligence process and global manager network.
The firm is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and scale enterprise distribution across Australia, spanning major wealth platforms, private banks and adviser networks.
The role will be accountable for building a repeatable, institutional-quality distribution engine, increasing product visibility through third-party platforms, improving adviser conversion and delivering sustained growth in flows and assets.
Key responsibilities
Lead enterprise distribution strategy across platforms, private banks and adviser groups, including targets, budgets, pipeline and reporting
Own key platform relationships and drive growth through partner engagement, issue resolution and governance alignment
Deliver product onboarding and ongoing regulatory/data requirements, including DDO/TMD and disclosure obligations
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Investment, Operations, Sales and Compliance
Build and lead a high-performing platform/enterprise execution team and drive disciplined delivery against KPIs
Required experience
Significant leadership experience within platforms, funds management, wrap/IDPS, wealth management or investment distribution
Proven experience working with Australian investment platforms and enterprise distribution partners
Strong understanding of managed funds, model portfolios and platform structures
Solid knowledge of Australian product governance and regulatory frameworks
Highly regarded
Experience distributing alternatives or multi-manager solutions via third-party platforms
Strong project delivery track record
The successful candidate will be driven, relationship-led and highly structured, with strong stakeholder influence and the ability to deliver growth through enterprise channels.
