About the Role
Maintenance is a crucial aspect of ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance function at our Armadale Place Care Community.
As a Maintenance Officer, your primary focus will be on building and equipment maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. This includes liaison with external contractors where required, as well as lawn and garden maintenance as needed.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also manage Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures, ensuring that our community remains safe and secure.
We are seeking an experienced individual with previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting, preferably with trade qualifications in Construction, Electrical, or Plumbing. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
