Responsibilities
You'll deliver advanced-level nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Your responsibilities include mentoring and supervising enrolled nurses, students, and assistants in nursing, while managing activities that uphold care standards within your delegated portfolio.
You'll integrate aged care expertise into assessments and care planning, perform complex procedures within your scope, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and experience.
