$86,691 - $93,275 (Pro rata) plus superannuation
About the role:
This role can be based in either the Wonthaggi or Morwell office.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholders
Undertake an effective assessment of an individual's risk to community safety
Effectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
About you:
Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions
Demonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions
Pays attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion
Resolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines
