Job Title: Audits and Inspection Officer – Kerbside Bins
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Audits and Inspection Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of residential kerbside collection services, supporting community recycling initiatives, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections of residential recycling bins to identify contamination levels.
* Pursue corrective actions with residents who have non-compliant recycling practices.
* Repair bin lids on an ad-hoc basis as required.
* Maintain accurate records of bin audits data.
