About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant/Business Analyst who will be responsible for embedding and optimising "To-Be" business processes that enable efficient ways of working and strengthen user adoption.
The role will lead process optimisation activities, prepare and maintain UAT test scripts, support configuration, deliver end-user training and provide functional guidance through UAT, and stabilisation to ensure a scalable, high-quality, and business-aligned NetSuite implementation.

Your Role
Process Documentation & Optimisation
* Lead the documentation of "To Be" business processes to drive efficiency and user adoption.
* Identify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across functional areas.
Solution Delivery & Configuration Support
* Document processes in line with the Vendor Solution Design Document and documented MVP business processes.
* Prepare functional document for enhancements, and customisations as required.
UAT Planning & Execution
* Develop and maintain UAT test scripts aligned to agreed business processes.
* Coordinate UAT activities, including issue triage, defect review, and resolution tracking.
Training & User Adoption
* Design and support the delivery of role-based training materials
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant and Business Analyst across multiple functional areas.
* Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting configuration activities
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
* Drive for achievement & excellence
