Contract Site Manager / Supervisor - $1.5m New Build (Hawthorndene, SA)
$70-$80 per hour (DOE) | Immediate Start | 6+ Week Contract (Potential to Extend/Permanent)
A well-established South Australian commercial builder with a strong pipeline of community and institutional projects is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager / Supervisor for an immediate start in Hawthorndene, Adelaide.
The project is a $1.5m new build at a local cricket club, with the concrete pour commencing this week. You will take full ownership of the build through to completion.
This is initially a minimum 6-week contract, with strong potential to extend and even transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site management and coordination
* Managing and driving trades to programme
* Maintaining safety and quality standards
* Overseeing subcontractor performance
* Problem-solving and ensuring smooth site delivery
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager / Supervisor on commercial builds
* Ability to work autonomously and take full site ownership
* Solution-focused and hands-on approach
* Strong trade coordination and relationship-building skills
* Solid understanding of OH&S and site compliance
* Experience using HammerTech and Procure (essential)
* Immediate availability preferred
