About the role: * Lead operational and clinical management of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory. * Manage human and material resources to ensure high-quality service. * Monitor performance and outcomes to drive continuous service improvement. * Build team engagement through transformational leadership and evidence-informed care. * Develop systems for quality assurance and business integrity. * Collaborate with stakeholders to meet emerging service needs. About you: * You hold a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration. * You have advanced knowledge of interventional cardiology and recovery nursing. * You possess proven experience in clinical unit operational and HR management. * You are a skilled leader who can build capability within a nursing team. * You demonstrate expert problem-solving skills and resource management. * You are an effective communicator who leads with honesty, integrity, and respect. * You have experience in analysing service data to achieve key performance indicators.
