We’re on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our ‘NuConnect Hub’, where you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience when ordering our concrete products.
What will you be doing?
- Join a tight-knit team and deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Seamlessly process orders and payments, track deliveries, and tackle any obstacles that arise to guarantee prompt and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints with utmost care, focusing on speedy resolutions that boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement efficient systems to manage and schedule our fleet of trucks.
What are we looking for?
- A natural on the phone, showcasing active listening, articulate communication, and an infectiously friendly demeanor.
- Accurate data entry skills and an eagle eye for details.
- A customer service maestro who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player with the ability to shine independently, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and boundless enthusiasm.
- Deadline-driven with an unwavering commitment to fulfilling organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and the capacity to learn specialized software.
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role would be highly regarded. While knowledge of the concreting, quarry, and construction industry would be a bonus, it's not a strict requirement.

Please note this is a full time role with shifts ranging from 6am – 2pm, 7am – 3pm and 8am – 4pm, as well as approx. 5 hours on one Saturday per month.
