Our organization is seeking a talented legal professional to join our Employment Relations & Safety practice in Brisbane.
* Advise on complex workplace relations and employment matters
* Work with a supportive national team and respected leaders in the field
The successful candidate will have experience providing front-end workplace relations advice and conducting back-end litigation, as well as strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.
They will also be proactive and commercially focused, with the ability to manage competing matters and deadlines with professionalism.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will build and strengthen client relationships, contributing to the team's ongoing growth and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4–7 years' PAE in employment relations, workplace relations, or industrial relations law
* Experience advising private and public sector clients on employment and industrial relations matters
* Strong knowledge of federal and/or state industrial relations frameworks
* Ability to provide strategic advice and represent clients in courts, tribunals, and commissions
