**Child and Adolescent Social Work Opportunity**

As a skilled Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, you will join our Child & Adolescent Team in a new consulting space that offers the opportunity to work full-time or part-time, depending on your preference.

Key requirements include:
* The ability to plan, develop and implement individualised treatment plans using a best practice framework with a focus on continuity of care and recovery oriented approach.
* The ability to work effectively within the multidisciplinary care team (including Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Paediatrician etc.).
* The ability to prepare professional reports and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with documentation standards.
Note that current registration with AHPRA and eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number are essential requirements for this role.

**Remuneration Package**
Your remuneration package will be based on your skills and years of relevant experience. Your salary rate ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per annum, with additional benefits including superannuation, annual leave, sick/personal leave and continuing professional development budget.
