Key Responsibilities:
* Search for properties within designated territories that meet client selection criteria and company guidelines
* Conduct thorough research on property values and trends to inform presentations, negotiations, and transactions
* Facilitate open inspections, attend auctions, bid on behalf of clients, and negotiate purchases to secure optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with the Client Liaison Coordinator and property management team to set up external property management and provide exceptional customer service
Skill Requirements:
- Agents Representative Certificate is essential
- Strong passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work cooperatively within a small team environment and communicate effectively
