What You'll Be Doing

Partner with departments across the health service to identify and proactively manage OHS risks
Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders at all levels on safety matters
Support team members with practical, real-world safety solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our safety culture
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organizational policies
Develop and deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs
Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed safety into daily operations

Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety
Proven experience in OHS advisory or business partner roles

Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
