Account Executive III Job Description
About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain strategic relationships with commercial clients, identifying opportunities to generate new recurring revenue for MRI's Commercial solutions within a defined territory. This role falls under our Commercial Sales team, which is a key area for growth investment in MRI's 3-year strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Establish professional productive relationships with existing prospective Commercial clients, building trusted C-suite relationships ensure strategic alignment.
* Design develop execute strategic Account Territory plans outline prioritise path to revenue engage relevant internal stakeholders throughout sales process ensure cross functional alignment including but not limited to sales engineers marketing sales development professional services consultants product design teams deliver platinum client experience.
* Drive manage entire sales process conducting client research identifying opportunities mapping client requirements positioning appropriate MRI solutions supporting scheduling software demonstrations negotiating closing opportunities assigned territory.
* Accurately forecast manage expectations Senior Leadership teams showcase path goal actions required close pipeline gaps meet quarterly budgets.
* Act solutions expert consultant help MRI partners understand execute against MRI strategic initiatives deliver unified client experience.
* Deliver high quality presentations Tier 1 clients highlighting value quantifiable benefits client expect investing MRI solutions.
* Manage complex contracting process intricate contractual legal discussions.
* Lead navigate critical sales negotiations large commercial clients commercial business lens creates mutual value client MRI.
* Promote MRI industry conferences trade shows acting industry solution expert one largest Commercial solutions.
Job Requirements:
* Understanding Commercial Real Estate Market must
* Familiarity Commercial Technologies PropTech Integrated Workplace Management Systems IWMS Smart Buildings IoT Experience Technologies highly desirable
* 3+ years strategic Top tier software service solution sales experience preferred
* Strong influential skills ability work diverse stakeholders drive common solutions
* Ability operate autonomously independently multiple work streams little supervision direction Management
* Ability network industry leverage strategic relationships deliver value all parties.
* Bachelor degree higher.
* Evidence working successfully sales tools SalesLoft similar.
