We're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee our regional workshops, driving exceptional results and fostering a culture of excellence.
About the Role
 * Manage multiple workshops across Tasmania and Queensland, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
 * Lead, motivate, and mentor Workshop Supervisors and technical teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
 * Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize fleet efficiency and reliability.
 * Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness and drive commercial success.
 * Promote a strong safety culture, effectively managing risks and driving continuous improvement in line with company policies and procedures.
Your Background
 * Proven leadership and people management skills, with a minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a workshop environment or related area.
 * Ability to review data trends and drive performance improvements, with a strong understanding of plant and equipment associated with heavy industry applications.
 * Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Exposure to a diverse range of mobile assets, typically associated with the heavy mechanical industry.
