+ Overview of the Role
This vital Producer/ Senior Account Manager role is suitable for an advertising specialist with bachelor's degree or higher qualification and at least five years of relevant 5 Advertising or TV production agency experience.
The Producer will be responsible for the planning, production, and performance of TV and Digital Advertisements for a range of our Not-for-Profit Clients. At DTV we aim to make a real difference to the world by helping our charity and NGO clients find new supporters cost-effectively through TV and digital film online.
This critical role requires a person who brings their expertise to be able to communicate with Senior Clients, providing best practice Direct Response advice, to inspire creative teams to help develop TV Scripts, organise Film Shoots, co-ordinate the Edit of the Ads and get on-Air ensuing that they comply with Australian Advertising Standards. At the same time, this person must be highly organised ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and perform optimally to give our clients the best ROI.
+ Tasks
· Client Management - Manage the day-to-day communication with our clients, being the go-to person for all project planning, delivery and performance.
· Planning, Research, preparation, and delivery of inspiring creative and strategic briefs.
· Partner briefing, communication, and management: media agencies and call centre.
· Oversee performance data: media, phone response, online, conversions.
· Strategic and project management of both DRTV and digital productions.
· Organise, prepare, and manage status, planning, campaign performance meetings.
· Help prepare and manage all budgets.
· Help build and pitch for new business.
+ Essential Skills
· Creative and production experience across advertising (TV ads & digital film are desirable) You'll be the kind of person who bring their experience of briefing and developing great creative film that works.
· Communication skills, you'll need excellent communication and leadership skills to influence people internally and externally. You'll need to be flexible and able to calmly and kindly deal with a multitude of people, personalities, and priorities.
· Project Management skills, you'll be an experienced efficient, organised, articulate, and team minded.
· Able to think ahead. plan for what's coming up and meet deadlines, providing regular financial reports & updates.
· Numbers driven we need you to show us that you have a passion for success and numbers. Of course, we'll train you in the detail and specifics.
· A passion for fundraising show us that you understand or have a keenness to learn about the charity sector and how to build a successful fundraising programme.
+ Essential Experience
5 plus agency experience in advertising, marketing, TV or digital is essential for this role.
Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector or working with Not-for-Profit clients is desirable but not essential.
