What's Involved?
As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead and inspire a talented kitchen team.
Your role will be pivotal in delivering a premium dining experience that keeps guests coming back over and over again.
You'll have a passion for food – using your experience and knowledge you will prepare and present a premium food offering that will keep people coming back.
You'll have an eye for detail – you will ensure high presentation standards are met and keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
You work well under pressure – You have strong trouble shooting skills and an ability to quickly identify practical solutions to obstacles.
You'll be resilient – being a part of a new kitchen, you have the tenacity and integrity to dust yourself off to strive for future success.
You'll be a team player – using strong communication skills you will build rapport with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective running of the kitchen.
You'll be reliable – you may be required to work across a 7 day roster.
