We're on the lookout for a Brand & Marketing Assistant to join our team in St Leonards.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a degree in construction, architecture, interior design, graphic design or a related discipline, who is creative, switched on, and keen to build a career in marketing within a fast‐paced, people‐first business.
About the role
Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, this is a hands‐on role where you'll be involved across all things brand and marketing, from content creation and campaigns through to events, digital, and design.
You'll play a key role in shaping how we present ourselves across all touchpoints, helping to drive engagement and support business growth.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the delivery of brand and marketing activity across digital and print
* Creating content including social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
* Designing graphics, presentations, brochures and visual content
* Supporting video content creation and editing
* Assisting with campaigns, brand activations and marketing initiatives
* Updating website content and visuals
* Analysing campaign performance and supporting reporting
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life
About you
You'll ideally bring:
* A degree in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or similar
* A strong interest in marketing, branding, and storytelling
* The ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work
* Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute ideas
* Strong written and visual communication skills
Bonus points if you have experience with:
* Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Video editing / content creation
* Social media platforms or email marketing tools
