The Role of a Client Care Coordinator
You will serve as a key liaison between pet families and veterinary clinics, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience throughout the pet aftercare process.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service across various channels including phone, email, online chat, bookings, and social media platforms.
* Coordinate pet viewings, ash collections, and client visits with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Prepare pets and viewing rooms to meet high standards.
* Liaise with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and excellent outcomes.
* Manage client payments efficiently, including Zip Pay and Vet Pay options.
* Schedule and coordinate vet, home, and office collections effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of client and vet data.
* Assist with reporting, manifests, and travel logistics.
* Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
* Support new veterinary clinic inductions and assist with client follow-ups.
Requirements for Success
* A caring and emotionally intelligent individual with strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
* Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20 kilos) and stand for extended periods.
* Q Fever vaccination or willingness to obtain it.
* A high level of attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
* Comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments.
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
