Project Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to support the alignment of our Suicide Prevention Aftercare Service with NSW Universal Aftercare Guidelines.
* Prepare project plans, resources and communication frameworks
* Coordinate project activities to meet timelines and deliverables
* Consult with key internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking
