This role offers the opportunity to create a welcoming, enriching environment where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. You will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs.
* Deliver high-quality customer service; respond promptly to enquiries and address resident needs effectively.
* Oversee day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of resources and services.
Requirements
* Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
* Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
* Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
