Culture & Benefits: Up to $75,000 Super Strong onboarding with exceptional training and support Fun team environment & excellent team culture Flexible Hours on offer The Role: Prepare and manage sales contracts, Form 6s, listing documents and compliance paperwork Oversee sales files from listing through to settlement Coordinate property marketing, listing uploads and vendor reports Maintain CRM accuracy and manage buyer & vendor communication Prepare appraisal kits, proposals and listing presentations Support open homes, enquiries and follow‑up communication Manage agent calendars, inspections, contract dates and general admin What you'll need: Minimum 6-12 Months experience in real estate administration or sales support highly regarded Well presented, proactive and passionate, ideally someone experienced and confident Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously Excellent written & verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and initiative Alison McLeod P: 0404 165 115 E: amcleod @ goughrecruitment.com.au
