About the role
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Field Service Technicians for Lead Technician positions across our major branches. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical skills and leadership potential who are ready to take on broader responsibilities, support their team, and help maintain consistent operational standards.
In this role, you will:
* Guide and support field service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Assist with workflow coordination and operational improvements.
* Work closely with management and internal teams to uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards.
* Potentially cover or support key responsibilities of Field Service Managers after appropriate training.
* Perform Lead Technician duties across other regions if operational needs require.
