As a key part of our Naval Base Plant, you'll support exciting projects, lead community engagement initiatives, and keep the site running smoothly, all while helping shape the future of our operations.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate apprenticeships, traineeships, and internships to help grow our future team.
* Support RAP committees to promote cultural awareness and community involvement.
* Organise fun site events to keep the team engaged and connected.
* Manage site documents to ensure everything is up-to-date and compliant.
* Lead projects that improve how things run on site.
* Assist the Operational Accountant to administer purchase to pay
* Keep the contractor register updated and ensure all safety standards are met.
* Order PPE and supplies and manage the purchasing process.
* Assist the management team with admin support to keep things running smoothly.
* Help with safety inductions and assist in safety audits.
Qualifications
* Experience in a site support or admin role (manufacturing experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of SAP/CAAPS (preferred, not essential).
* Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
* A proactive attitude and a drive to get things done.
* Leadership potential with the ability to work well with different teams.
* Experience in training and development is an advantage, along with relevant qualifications.
