About The Opportunity
Programmed Property Services is currently seeking an experienced and hands‐on Qualified/Experienced Horticulturalist to join our team. This is an opportunity to work with a high performing team that provides grounds and garden maintenance to a large aged care village. Based in Durack, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds and gardens on site.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
* Routine mowing and turf maintenance
* Pruning and shaping across the grounds
* Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
* Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
* Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, ideally, you will be a qualified horticulturalist or have extensive experience within the industry with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have
* Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
* Current driver's license
* A chemical certificate is advantageous
* Current working with children's check
* Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
* Execute work that is of a high standard
* A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
