Permanent full-time opportunity available at Westpac's Port Augusta branch. This is a full-time, branch-based role across Monday to Friday. You will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilise your product knowledge to assist them in achieving financial goals, refer customers to specialist banking teams, and coach customers on digital banking.
This role blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets with an uncompromising commitment to empowering customers to make the most of their money.

Responsibilities
Proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover financial needs.
Utilise expert product knowledge to assist customers in achieving financial goals.
Refer customers to specialist banking teams (e.g., Home Loans, Business Banking) and coach on digital banking offerings.
Achieve sales and referral targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Work as part of a team in a branch setting, primarily Monday to Friday.
What you'll need
Banking experience is ideal, but not essential. Strong energy and ability to nurture long-term customer relationships are key.
Strong experience in a customer-facing and/or phone-based sales role.
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle varying customer needs.
Proven track record of achieving performance KPIs with exceptional customer service.
Comfortable with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
