As a growing business, we are seeking an additional Sales Executive with a minimum 2 years of sales experience for an immediate start, based out of South-Eastern region of Melbourne with travel locally and occasionally interstate as required.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Report to the National Sales Manager
* Grow wholesale and B2B product sales to exceed targets within set sales region
* Develop new business and foster strong customer relationships through face‐to‐face contact and other communication channels
* Identify and pursue new sales customer sales opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive outreach
* Liaise with customers regarding new products, product updates and price changes
* Liaise with internal team members to meet customer expectations
* Conveying to customers product and service information, addressing customer concerns, negotiating terms and managing customer objections or rejections
* Identify RV product growth opportunities within your region
* Actively seek new business
* Understand the capabilities of the business and selling those capabilities to target existing and prospective customers
* Identify the needs of prospective and existing customers, and leveraging the business's ability to meet those needs
* Attending caravan and RV shows for customer engagement
Qualifications & Experience
Key requirements:
* Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in direct selling
* Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication is essential
* Customer Relationship Management – Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and forecast sales.
* Energy – Be high energy and driven to succeed, an engaging person who people trust and like, because of your knowledge and desire to help;
* Reliable, hard‐working and willing to get the job done;
* Adaptability – Capability to develop effective sales strategies and adapt to market trends and customer preferences

* Product and Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the RV industry and existing RV products, including features, benefits and competitive advantages
