About the role
We've got a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong—as our very own Workplace Experience and Events Manager (aka. the Good Times and Great Vibes Manager). This role is all about bringing the fun and shaping an on-campus culture that's buzzing with energy, creativity and connection. You'll run epic internal events and unforgettable parties, and deliver an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception. You'll be the go-to person for all things good vibes, at the heart of it all.

Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in event management, with a background in hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification.
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance experience delivery with budget outcomes.
* Confident leading change and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
* A culture champion with a can-do attitude and high energy.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
* Deep customer obsession—consistently anticipates needs and delivers beyond expectations.
* Results-driven, with a focus on delivering impact and elevating workplace experience.
