Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising directly with our Technical Support Team to manage and resolve technical issues, coordinating communication to service teams via intranet and service bulletins, and working closely with the Learning & Development team to assist with the delivery of technical service training sessions.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with Service Managers to monitor learning needs across the region for more targeted training, provide expertise to assist and advise Product Management teams as required, and monitor and assist dealerships to manage and adjudicate on warranty claims.
