You will ensure seamless warehouse processes, from pick queue management to freight coordination, while leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve logistical challenges. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Pick Queue Management – Prepare and prioritise picking work for the warehouse team, ensuring workflow efficiency Administrative Duties – Process freight, validate invoices, investigate warehouse concerns, and maintain accurate documentation Customer Service Excellence – Address internal customer requests and ensure warehouse support emails are handled efficiently Technology Utilisation – Work with warehouse management and inventory systems, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite to streamline operations THE PERSON… The ideal candidate is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to multitask. They are an excellent communicator, capable of working collaboratively with the team to ensure the Warehouse runs smoothly.
