**Position**: Community Mental Health Clinician
**Location: Midwest Region Western Australia**
**Salary**: $50 - $70 per hour
**Accommodation**: Subsided Accommodation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals within the community.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, incorporating evidence-based interventions.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and effective coordination of services.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
- Educate clients, families, and the community on mental health issues and available resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to organizational and legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- A recognized qualification in mental health, such as a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Proven experience in providing mental health assessment and treatment services within a community setting.
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current mental health practices.
