How you'll make a difference
This position provides a high level of administration and customer service support to our Statutory Planning department. This role will assist with planning, organising, researching and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate will hold a Diploma of Business Administration or similar qualifications with relevant experience in an executive assistant, office management or administration role.
They will demonstrate excellent administration, organisational and time management skills in a busy customer service-oriented environment with a high level of interpersonal & communication skills. They will possess the ability to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
In addition to their high level of discretion and confidentiality they will hold strong problem-solving abilities and be able to adapt and show initiative where appropriate.
They must hold a current Victorian Drivers' License.
Experience in Local Government and / or Planning environments is not essential but will be considered favorably.
