The Cav is known for its buzzing bistro lively bar boutique-style accommodation and resort-style pool - the perfect mix of energy and laid-back Territory charm.
We're looking for a hands-on Publican to lead this iconic venue and continue its legacy as one of Darwin's best-loved destinations.
A day in the life of a Publican
You know the locals by name and they reckon you're one of their own while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
You run the place like it's your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
Inherent requirements
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

You've got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like it's been yours forever.
You're not just running a venue – you're living the Publican life.
Hold current industry RSA and RSG / RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
