Facility Manager - Aged Care
A rare opportunity has become available to join one of Australia's leading residential aged care providers, overseeing a large, well-established 100+ bed facility in the beautiful Ballina region. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Facility Manager who thrives in leading accreditation processes, increasing occupancy and mentorship of large clinical teams.

About You
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (preferred), with previous experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager / Director of Nursing
* Strong knowledge of ACQS, previous experience leading successful accreditation processes is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management
