Responsibilities include:
* First point of contact for clients, families, and carers
* Maintaining high-quality customer relationships
* Staff rostering and workforce coordination
* Field staff support and training
* Managing feedback, including complaints and compliments

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* National Police Check (within last 12 months)
* Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
